2. Go to the product you wish to download. If your subscription is active, you will have a download link. Click it and download.
Bundles are not available through the subscription. You will need to go to the individual items.
TEACHER SUBSCRIPTION USER LICENSE:
By downloading purchased products (fonts, alphabets, clipart, graphics, cut its, or any other products) from letteringdelights.com you are agreeing that the products are the property of LetteringDelights or it's respective partners. They are licensed (not sold) to you for LIMITED Educational use as a single user. Both the image design and the file are protected by United States Copyright law. Patricia Zapata, Nancy Kubo, and Sheri McCulley are not included in subscription license.
Definitions
PRODUCT is defined as all digital files and associated art (including, but not limited to fonts, alphabets, clipart, DoodleBats, paper packs, Cut-Its, graphics, printables, templates, mini albums, tags, candy wrappers, cards, SVGs, bundles, and any other items for sale or given away at www.letteringdelights.com). This includes both physical (printed) and digital (computer files) formats.
A DERIVATIVE WORK is defined as an expressive creation that includes major, basic copyrighted aspects of an original, previously created first work (from the Product). The derivative work is a recasting, transformation or adaptation of that original work and includes new copyrightable elements, in a physical (printed) or digital (computer files) format. In other words, a Derivative Work is using LetteringDelights’ Product to create something else. We retain the right to review and deny certain usages based on our interpretation of what constitutes a derivative work.
A TEACHER is defined as teachers (educators) in a public school system, teachers in a private or charter institution, student teachers at either public school or private schools, or teachers in a homeschooling environment. For the purpose of this Agreement, no other definition of teacher is valid (i.e., religious organizations, parents, mentors, etc.)
LICENSED WORK is defined as a Derivative Work that you create for the purposes of sharing with others. LetteringDelights recognizes that the Licensed Work is owned by its creator, but the Product contained therein, is owned by LetteringDelights and to be used only as outlined in this Agreement.
By purchasing a Limited Educational Use License, you have the right to:
- Install and use the products on your personal computers and devices (work - school personal computer, home, laptop).
- Use and modify the products to create a Derivative Work for educational and personal use. You may share your work with other teachers, but you are not allowed to sell it.
- Use the licensed product to create and share SmartBoard lessons.
- Design projects that will be used personally or in the classroom. Projects may include products such as cards, invitations, candy bar wrappers, scrapbook pages/albums, etc.
- Use the licensed product to create word art, quotes, vinyl lettering designs, etc.
- Use the licensed product to decorate your blog or teacher websites, (but you must include acknowledgment/links to www.letteringdelights.com) Product shown on web sites must scaled down and not in its original file size and file format
By purchasing a Limited Educational Use License, you DO NOT have the right to:
- Resale or license a Derivative Work to another individual or company.
- Share, loan, rent, resell, distribute, transfer; post across a bulletin board, network, modem Internet or web page the Product or a Derivative Work. Note: please see Additional Rights for terms of use for sharing Licensed Work as a Teacher.
Individual Teacher’s License
In addition to the previously listed rights and limitations, this license grants USER additional limited rights. Please note that we at LetteringDelights love teachers, and we want to give them every opportunity to use our product, as inexpensively as possible. Please do not abuse these terms, as it may lead to us having to discontinue this program.
Additional Rights:
- As part of the Limited Educational Use License, you may use the Product to create Licensed Work for give-aways, worksheets, illustrations, charts, freebies, etc. with the provision that:
- Licensed Work is a Derivative Work, not used in its native and single form. In other words, it needs to be accompanied with elements that you have created or arranged (such as spelling sheets, calendars, vocabulary lists, etc.)
- Licensed Work is embedded/saved in a locked PDF format only (so the graphics cannot be retrieved or edited). No other file formats are valid.
- Licensed Work is freely shared, and not sold or traded.
- A copy of each version of the final Licensed Work is sent to teacherproduct@letteringdelights.com LetteringDelights agrees that it will distribute the submitted Licensed Work as part of its Shared Library, and in no other manner. LetteringDelights will acknowledge the creator of the Licensed work, and will provide contact information whenever it is provided.
- All Product includes our logo whenever possible. We have provided a variety of acknowledgment logos that you can download at {{page:1}};If your end Product does not have a space for the logo, please include "Graphics © www.letteringdelights.com". This may be on the actual Product itself, or on a small tag included with the Product.
- When using the licensed product in making SmartBoard lessons, please include our logo/graphic stating that our images are protected by copyright and may not be removed. Please download here. {{page:1}}
Limitations and Disclaimer
You agree that neither LetteringDelights nor its affiliates, nor any of their respective officers, directors, employees, owners, agents, representatives, licensors and (sub)licensees (other than yourself, as applicable), shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, indirect or consequential, arising from any use by you of the Product, even if such parties have been advised, or advised of the possibility, of such damages.
Terms and Termination
This Agreement shall continue in perpetuity until/unless LetteringDelights terminates this Agreement. LetteringDelights retains the right to review, remove, withdraw, or discontinue any Product at our discretion, and to modify this Agreement in any way they deem fit.

Companies or individuals who do not meet the limitations or have additional special applications and wish to obtain a resale license must contact LetteringDelights.com directly for specific licensed uses.
